How we back the tires we install

Coverage varies from one tire to the next, so we confirm the exact manufacturer coverage on the set you choose before you buy. We keep that paperwork on file, so if you ever need to make a claim the record is there and we file it for you. The manufacturer decides it, not us.

On our side of the counter the promises are simple. Sizing is worth double-checking before you buy: your door placard lists the tire size your vehicle is built for, and the sidewall of the tire you are replacing shows it too. Tell us what you find and we will gladly help you match it. We re-torque your wheels for free after your first drive, once everything has settled. We stand behind our work: if anything we did is not right, bring it back and we fix it, no charge.

The honest math on price

A premium tire often costs less per kilometre over its life, because it can last longer and wear more evenly, so a lower sticker price does not always mean a lower total cost. We would rather show you the total you actually pay, tires plus fitting, than quote one number and let the other surprise you later.

Manufacturer warranty

Coverage on Yokohama tires is the manufacturer's, not ours. We file the claim for you and keep your receipt, odometer reading and service history on file so nothing is missing when it reaches the manufacturer, and the manufacturer decides it.

Treadwear	20,000 to 130,000 km across 16 lines.
Manufacturing defects	4 years, free replacement for an initial period then prorated.
Road hazard	Not part of this manufacturer's published warranty. The Limited Warranty conditions exclude failure or damage caused by road hazard, including impact breaks, nails, glass, stones and rocks.
Trial	30 days from the purchase date on a set of four applicable tires. Tires must not have more than 1/32 inch (0.8 mm) of treadwear and the original receipt must be surrendered with the return.
A claim needs	original purchase invoice from an authorized Yokohama dealer in Canada tires bearing the Yokohama brand name and complete DOT serial numbers first retail purchaser tires fitted on the original vehicle in non-commercial service completed and validated Tire Service Registration Card for treadwear claims invoices confirming rotations, alignment and inflation pressure checks done on schedule rotation every 8,000 km on front wheel drive or at minimum every 12,000 km on rear wheel drive and four wheel drive present the tire to an authorized Yokohama dealer in Canada
