If your tires have not been mounted, you can return them within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to the order total. The rest is refunded to your original payment method, or issued as store credit if you prefer.
Once a tire has been mounted on a wheel, it is a used tire. We cannot return it to our supplier and we will not sell it to someone else as new. That applies whether it has been driven on or not. Check your size before you book the install. If you are not certain, call us at (506) 248-6006 and we will go through it with you before anything gets mounted.
Unmounted tires returned after 14 days are eligible for store credit only, not a refund. The 20% restocking fee still applies.
The size on the order is the size we order. If it turns out to be the wrong fit for your vehicle, the return falls under the terms above and the restocking fee applies. This is also true for tires we bring in specially for you that we do not normally stock. We are happy to check a size with you before you order. That call costs nothing and it is faster than a return.
If we ordered the wrong tire, sent the wrong tire, or made a mistake on your order, there is no fee. We fix it, and we cover it. Tell us and we will make it right.
Tires carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a defect, bring the tire in and we will inspect it and file the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranty claims are decided by the manufacturer, not by us, and the outcome is theirs. What we control is getting the claim in front of them properly and quickly. Road hazard damage, punctures, curb damage and wear are not manufacturer defects. Come see us anyway. A patch repair is often all it takes and it is cheaper than a new tire.
Refunds go back to the card used for the order. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 days to show it.
