Before you book — common questions
How long will it take?
Most visits are done while you wait. An on-rim changeover is 10–20 minutes, an off-rim change 20–40, a balance 15–30, a rotation 10–20, a flat repair 15–20 and a TPMS install 10–25. Those are our real working times, not padded estimates — the booking form shows the duration for whichever service you pick.
Do I need to pay now?
No. Tire service bookings take no deposit and no card details — you pay at the shop when the work is done. Booking online just holds the time.
What if I need to change my time?
You can reschedule or cancel yourself, free, up to 2 hours before your slot — your confirmation email has the link, or use the Manage Booking page with your PSG code. Inside 2 hours the online option closes, so call us at (506) 248-6006 instead and we'll sort it out.
What if I don't know my tire size?
That's normal and it isn't a problem. The form can look your size up from your vehicle's year, make and model. If you'd rather read it off the tire yourself, it's the string on the sidewall like 225/55R19 — our guide explains what each number means. And if anything looks off when you arrive, we check the fitment before we touch the car.
Can I just walk in instead?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome every day we're open, and most are handled while you wait. Booking online doesn't buy better service, it buys a guaranteed time, which matters on a busy October or April weekend and matters very little on a quiet weekday.
What should I bring?
Your tires if they aren't already on the car — bagged or loose is fine, and all four wheels if your winter set is on its own rims. Bring your wheel-lock key if you have one: it's the single most common thing that stops a changeover. We supply valve stems, weights and the shine.
