PITSTOP & GO AUTOMOTIVE: TIRE SERVICE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, you authorize PitStop & Go to perform the requested tire service (mounting, balancing, rotation, swap, TPMS/sensor work, and valve stem replacement) and agree to the following:

1. Tire mounting & balancing: wheels are removed, tires demounted/remounted on the rims, road-force or spin balanced, and torqued to the manufacturer's spec. Return for a free torque re-check within 50–100 km of driving. This is your responsibility.
2. Valve stems: rubber valve stems are charged per stem, and are included at no charge when a TPMS sensor is installed on that wheel. Metal/TPMS stems are inspected; replacement parts are quoted separately if needed.
3. TPMS sensors: we do not warranty TPMS sensors, batteries, or sensor relearns on customer-supplied or aftermarket setups. Sensor failures unrelated to our work are not our responsibility.
4. Pricing and timeframes are estimates only. We may proceed with additional work up to $100.00 above the estimate for safety-critical work without interruption. Anything beyond $100.00 requires your authorization.
5. No warranty is provided on customer-supplied tires or parts. Additional labour charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse installation of unsafe or incompatible parts.
6. Work areas are restricted to staff only. Clients must remain in designated waiting areas at all times. Children must be supervised.
7. PitStop & Go is not liable for pre-existing damage, rust-related failures, TPMS or sensor issues, cosmetic wheel imperfections (especially on aged or aftermarket wheels), or failures unrelated to the specific service performed.
8. Low-profile, oversized, stretched, or non-OEM wheel/tire setups are serviced entirely at the client's risk. We reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe setups.
9. Workmanship Guarantee: free re-balance within 30 days of installation if a balance-related vibration issue is reported (one occurrence per installation set, subject to technician assessment).
10. Your old tires: we take them away and recycle them at no charge. There is no disposal fee on your bill. If you would rather keep the set, tell us and we will bag it for you to take home, which also costs nothing. The provincial tire recycling levy is charged only on the sale of a new tire, so it does not apply to a service visit.
11. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Two consecutive late cancellations will require a $40.00 non-refundable deposit to rebook.
12. Payment is due upon completion. Accepted: cash, debit, credit, e-transfer. Chargebacks on authorized, completed work are not permitted.
13. Vehicles not collected within 48 hours of completion may be subject to a storage fee of $30.00/day.
14. PitStop & Go may photograph your vehicle for documentation, quality control, and marketing. Identifying information will not be displayed. Notify staff if you object.
15. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, conduct, or payment concerns.
16. Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Our standard labour reference rate is $150.00/hour. All services are quoted as flat rates unless otherwise stated.

Detailing service

We no longer offer detailing. This wording is published because customers signed it while we did, and because a signed agreement should stay readable.

PITSTOP & GO AUTOMOTIVE: DETAILING SERVICE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, you authorize PitStop & Go to perform the requested detailing service and agree to the following:

1. Detailing uses professional-grade chemicals, solvents, steam, and machine polishing. By signing, you consent to their use on your interior surfaces, paint, and trim.
2. Interior access: we will enter all unlocked compartments (glove box, console, doors, trunk) as required to clean. Remove valuables, electronics, firearms, prescription medication, and anything irreplaceable BEFORE drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
3. Pre-existing damage disclaimer: paint chips, scratches, swirl marks, dents, interior tears, stains, burns, fading, oxidation, and other pre-existing conditions are documented at drop-off and are not the result of detailing. We are not liable for conditions present before service.
4. This is a drop-off only service. You must arrange alternative transportation. Waiting on-site is not available.
5. Estimated completion times are not guaranteed. We will contact you when your vehicle is ready.
6. Pricing is an estimate. Final price may differ based on actual vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, biohazards, and stubborn stain removal are quoted after inspection.
7. Small jobs: full payment on completion. Large or multi-service jobs: 10% deposit required at booking. All deposits are applied toward your final invoice.
8. Deposits are non-refundable once collected, regardless of cancellation notice. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied, we will re-do the specific area of concern at no charge, but the concern must be raised before the vehicle leaves our premises. No claims accepted after pickup. Guarantee covers workmanship only, not results limited by vehicle condition.
10. Disclose any special surfaces before drop-off: matte paint, vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, PPF, exotic leather, suede/Alcantara. We are not responsible for adverse reactions on undisclosed surfaces.
11. All damage concerns must be raised before the vehicle leaves. No claims accepted after pickup.
12. PitStop & Go is not responsible for results beyond the reach of standard detailing: stains or odors that resist treatment, cosmetic limitations of aging paint, or conditions that require body-shop level repair.
13. We may photograph your vehicle for documentation and marketing. Identifying info will not be displayed. Raise any objection at drop-off.
14. Vehicles not collected within 48 hours of completion are subject to a storage fee of $30.00/day.
15. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time for safety, biohazard conditions, conduct, or non-payment.
16. Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Tire and special orders

PITSTOP & GO AUTOMOTIVE: TIRE ORDER & SPECIAL ORDER AGREEMENT

By signing below, you authorize PitStop & Go to place this tire/special order on your behalf and agree to the following:

1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tire cost (or $100.00 minimum, whichever is greater) is required to place the order. The deposit secures stock and pays for shipping.
2. Special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE once placed. This includes tires sourced for your specific vehicle, sizing, model, or load rating that we do not stock as standard inventory.
3. If you cancel after the order is placed, the deposit is forfeit. If the order has already shipped, the full tire cost is owed regardless of cancellation.
4. Estimated arrival times are provided by the supplier and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays, backorders, or discontinued stock are outside our control.
5. On arrival we will contact you to schedule installation. Tires not picked up or installed within 30 days of arrival are subject to a $30.00/day storage fee.
6. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, and TPMS work are quoted separately and are not included in the tire price.
7. Your old tires: we take them away and recycle them at no charge. There is no disposal fee on your bill. If you would rather keep the set, tell us and we will bag it for you to take home, which also costs nothing.
8. The tire recycling levy is a regulated charge set by Recycle NB on the sale of a new tire. It is not our charge, it is not a tax, and it is not a disposal fee. It is the same at every shop in New Brunswick, we collect it on your invoice as a separate line, and we remit it in full. It applies only when a new tire is sold, so it never appears on a service visit where you are not buying a tire.
9. We warrant the order against shipment of the wrong product (wrong size, model, or quantity). Warranty against manufacturing defects is handled by the tire manufacturer per their published policy. We will facilitate the claim, but the manufacturer makes the final determination.
10. Final balance is due before the tires leave our premises. Accepted: cash, debit, credit, e-transfer.
11. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for safety, fitment, or payment concerns. In that case the deposit is refunded in full.
12. Liability is limited to the cost of the ordered product. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
