Service Policy
PitStop & Go provides tire mounting, balancing, installation, repair, and mobile tire services (“Services”). Services are performed based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service. PitStop & Go is not responsible for hidden defects, prior damage, seized or corroded components, manufacturer defects, or failures occurring due to pre-existing conditions.
Pricing & Estimates Policy
All pricing provided by PitStop & Go constitutes an estimate only and is subject to change based on vehicle condition, tire condition, service complexity, and unforeseen circumstances. Additional labor or parts required will be disclosed and require customer authorization prior to continuation of service.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. PitStop & Go reserves the right to withhold vehicle or tire release until payment is received. Accepted payment methods are determined at PitStop & Go’s discretion.
Fleet Accounts & Net Terms Policy
Fleet or commercial accounts may be approved for invoicing or net payment terms at PitStop & Go’s sole discretion. Approval may be revoked at any time. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension, account termination, interest charges, or collection action.
Mobile & Emergency Service Policy
Mobile and emergency Services are subject to availability, site access, weather conditions, road safety, and technician discretion. Premium rates may apply. PitStop & Go reserves the right to cancel or refuse mobile service where conditions are deemed unsafe or impractical.
Appointment, Delays & Cancellation Policy
All appointment times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or prior service overruns. PitStop & Go is not liable for losses caused by delays. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in call-out or cancellation fees.
Access & Site Safety Policy
Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle and service location. If access is unsafe, restricted, or delayed, PitStop & Go may suspend service and charge applicable waiting or rescheduling fees.
Vehicle Condition & Liability Policy
PitStop & Go assumes no responsibility for failures or damage related to rust, corrosion, wear, weakened components, aftermarket modifications, or prior improper repairs. Older or high-mileage vehicles may experience component failure during normal service, for which PitStop & Go bears no liability.
Wheel & Tire Condition Policy
PitStop & Go is not responsible for cosmetic or structural damage to wheels that are aged, corroded, previously damaged, repainted, or non-standard. Low-profile, oversized, stretched, or non-OEM tire and wheel setups are serviced entirely at the customer’s risk.
Parts & Supply Price Fluctuation Policy
Parts pricing is subject to supplier availability and market fluctuations. PitStop & Go reserves the right to adjust pricing if supplier costs change prior to service completion, with customer notification.
Storage & Abandonment Policy
Vehicles, wheels, or tires not collected within the agreed timeframe may incur daily storage fees. Storage fees must be paid in full prior to release. Items left beyond a reasonable period may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
Weather, Power & Equipment Policy
PitStop & Go is not responsible for service delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, power outages, equipment failure, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Indemnification & Hold Harmless Policy
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PitStop & Go, its owners, employees, and contractors from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer’s vehicle condition, instructions, misuse, or post-service operation.
Refusal of Service Policy
PitStop & Go reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, abusive conduct, unsafe vehicles, non-payment history, or any circumstance deemed unreasonable.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected solely for service delivery, communication, and billing. PitStop & Go does not sell customer information and only discloses data where legally required or necessary for payment processing.
Limitation of Liability Policy
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitStop & Go’s liability for any claim arising from Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Policy Modifications
PitStop & Go reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of service shall govern.
By accessing or using the PitStop & Go website, booking services, or authorizing any work to be performed, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all PitStop & Go policies, terms, and conditions in effect at the time of use or service. Continued use of the website or acceptance of services constitutes full acceptance of these policies without limitation or modification.
