Manufacturer warranty

Coverage on Radartires is the manufacturer's, not ours. We file the claim for you and keep your receipt, odometer reading and service history on file so it goes through cleanly.

Treadwear	55,000 to 110,000 km across 26 lines.
Workmanship	5 years, free replacement for an initial period then prorated.
Road hazard	24 months from date of purchase. Tread cutoff: 4/32 in (3.2 mm) Selected ranges only. Covers non-repairable damage, whichever limit comes first.
Trial	30 day satisfaction period on selected ranges, ending 30 days from purchase or at the first 2/32 in (1.6 mm) of wear, whichever comes first. The set is exchanged for a new set of Radar tires and the owner pays taxes, mounting and balancing.
A claim needs	The tires themselves for inspection Proof of purchase, the original invoice showing the purchase date A set of four of the same brand and pattern bought and fitted at the same time Rotation and inspection by a participating retailer on a regular basis, with the mounting and rotation service record A Radar Protect Program claim form filled in and signed by the owner and an authorized retailer Winter tires need documented installation and removal dates each winter
