Manufacturer warranty

Coverage on Generaltires is the manufacturer's, not ours. We file the claim for you and keep your receipt, odometer reading and service history on file so it goes through cleanly.

Treadwear	80,000 to 120,000 km across 10 lines.
Workmanship	6 years, free replacement for an initial period then prorated.
Road hazard	Not part of this manufacturer's published warranty. Road hazard damage including cuts, snags, punctures, bruises and impact breaks is listed as not covered.
Trial	45 day customer satisfaction trial on a new set of four, or the first 2/32 inch of tread, whichever comes first. Winter tires must be exchanged for winter tires.
A claim needs	original sales receipt and proof of purchase showing date original owner tire used on the vehicle it was originally installed on odometer reading at purchase and at replacement for mileage claims completed rotation schedule, rotation at least every 10,000 to 13,000 km signed limited warranty complaint form
