Bookings made through this website are subject to the policies posted at /policies/tire-service and /policies/tire-sale depending on the service category. Deposits, cancellation windows, and excess-condition surcharges are described on those pages. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation text or email; until then we may decline a slot for scheduling or availability reasons.
PitStop & Go reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of service shall govern.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PitStop & Go, its owners, employees, and contractors from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's vehicle condition, instructions, misuse, or post-service operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitStop & Go's liability for any claim arising from Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The PitStop & Go name, logo, website design, copy, and photography are owned by us. You may share links to public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the website without our written permission.
