These terms govern your use of this website and any service or sale you book through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Use of this website
You may use this website to browse our services, book appointments, shop for tires and rims, and contact us. You agree not to: attempt to interfere with the site's operation; gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system; use automated scraping at a rate that disrupts normal service; or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for any of these reasons.
Account holders and the portal
Some customers have accounts in our customer portal. You're responsible for keeping your portal credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access. Account terms in the portal supplement (and do not replace) these website terms.
Bookings, deposits, and payment
Bookings made through this website are subject to the policies posted at /policies/tire-service, /policies/tire-sale, and /policies/detailing depending on the service category. Deposits, cancellation windows, and excess-condition surcharges are described on those pages. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation text or email; until then we may decline a slot for scheduling or availability reasons.
Policy Modifications
PitStop & Go reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of service shall govern.
Indemnification & Hold Harmless
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PitStop & Go, its owners, employees, and contractors from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's vehicle condition, instructions, misuse, or post-service operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitStop & Go's liability for any claim arising from Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
The PitStop & Go name, logo, website design, copy, and photography are owned by us. You may share links to public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the website without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
This website embeds Google Maps on the contact page and links to third-party platforms (Google reviews, Facebook, the customer portal). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. See our Third-Party Services policy for the vendors we rely on.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking with us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full force and effect.
