Step one: your size, and what is already here
Everything starts with the size. It is printed on the sidewall of the tire you are on now, and it is usually on the sticker in the driver's door jamb as well. Read it to us over the phone, send it through the contact form, or just drive in and let us read it off the car.
Some sizes are already stacked on our showroom floor. If yours is one of them there is no order and no wait: we quote it, you say yes, and it goes on. If it is not, the rest of this page is what happens next.
Step two: the quote, with the whole number in it
We come back with real options rather than one take-it-or-leave-it price, usually spanning premium through to strong value, and we tell you what the difference between them actually buys you.
The quote includes what you will pay in total, not just the sticker on the tire: the fitting for your vehicle size, and the provincial tire recycling fee of $4.50 per passenger or light truck tire, which is set by the province, is identical at every shop in New Brunswick, and is passed straight through. That fee is charged once, when a new tire is sold. It is not a disposal charge, and it never appears on a service visit where you are not buying a tire.
You get that number before anything is ordered. Nothing is placed on your behalf until you have said yes to it.
Step three: the order, and the honest version of the wait
We place our order with the distributor once a day. That order always lands after the distributor's own daily cutoff, which means it ships the next business day rather than the same one. There is no version of this where saying yes at four in the afternoon beats saying yes at nine in the morning: it is the same truck either way.
From the moment it ships, one of the warehouses we draw on reaches us the following business day, and another takes two. Neither of them moves on a weekend or a New Brunswick statutory holiday, so a Friday order is a Monday shipment. That is the single most common reason a set takes longer than someone expects, and it is worth knowing up front rather than wondering.
Dates through the distributor network are an estimate and we treat them as one. What is not an estimate is that we text you when your set physically lands at the shop.
Step four: the fitting
We book your fitting from the business day after the tires arrive. That gap is deliberate: it keeps a day of margin between a truck and an appointment, so you are never sitting in our waiting area while somebody phones a warehouse.
Tire services take no deposit online. You settle in the shop when the work is done, at the flat rate for your vehicle size, and every one of those rates is published rather than quoted on the day.
Your old tires
We take them, and it costs you nothing. There is no disposal charge on your bill and nothing for you to arrange. If you would rather keep the set, say so and we will bag it for you to take home, which costs nothing either.
