This website does not currently accept card payments — deposits and balances are arranged directly with the shop and settled in person. When online payments launch, card transactions will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor on its own infrastructure, and that vendor's terms will be posted here. PitStop & Go does not see or store full card numbers at any point.
Account holders who use our customer portal authenticate through Clerk. Clerk handles account creation, password storage, and session tokens on its own PCI- and SOC 2-compliant platform. Clerk's privacy policy: clerk.com/privacy.
Some of the services above process data outside Canada. Where this happens, we rely on the vendor's contractual safeguards and on PIPEDA's transfer-for-processing provisions. Personal information continues to be governed by Canadian privacy law and our own policy.
